The brief
The client required a reliable long-term creative partner to support a wide range of corporate events and internal initiatives over multiple years. The objective was to develop distinctive visual concepts and provide comprehensive design support for annual Technical Conferences, Oil Worker’s Day celebrations and employee business retreats, each with its own audience, atmosphere and communication goals.
Our role was to create flexible visual systems that could seamlessly extend across every event touchpoint — from stage environments and screen graphics to printed materials, navigation, branded merchandise and guest experience assets — ensuring consistency, high production quality and memorable experiences throughout the partnership.

Covering every aspect of the conference experience, including stage graphics, banners, navigation, registration areas, photo zones, award certificates, merchandise and printed collateral. Every touchpoint was designed as part of a cohesive visual system.

An annual corporate celebration created to honor employees and celebrate professional achievements.
An annual celebration honoring the people behind one of the country’s leading energy companies. We created a festive visual environment for the event, supporting the awards ceremony, guest experience and branded spaces while helping shape an atmosphere of appreciation, pride and shared achievement.
